The paper used is paper mania and basic black card, the image is printed craft card from stampin up
I even decorated the inside of the card with a smaller image.

I left a comment on the other post so I am leaving one here as well.... I am guessing that you used bleach.
Oooooh bleach is an interesting guess that I hadn't thought of. I was thinking the monochromatic with Copics or Spectrum Noirs just on colored paper.

I'm guessing distress inks but bleach is sounding pretty good Jen!
I wondered if you used distress markers.
